MetroClark Homes is located at the serene town of Mawaque, Mabalacat. It is a private subdivision consists of affordable residential units and commercial stalls.

The project was inaugurated by the Philippines' Vice President and Chairman of Housing Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), together with the other important personalities, in the year 2003.

Currently, it has more than 500 homeowners in a thriving little community. The subdivision now has different commercial establishments like a private-owned gym, convenient stores, internet cafe's, water refilling stations, elementary school and mini groceries.
