Buyer's Eligibility

Can foreigners avail of your house and lot packages?
Legally speaking, foreign nationals are not allowed to own a lot in the Philippines; however, our legal department accepts consultations regarding this matter. For contact details please click here.

Company Credibility

How long has Hausland been operating in this industry?
Hausland has been in this industry for more than 20 years. It had its early beginnings in the year 1985 where it started as a small real estate company who focused on the acquisition and re-sale of lands. It took a bolder step in 1992 when it developed a four-hectare property in Angeles City. Since then, Hausland continued to thrive and develop more than 20 subdivisions all over Northern and Central Luzon, thus, making them the leading provider of affordable housing units on Region 1 and Region 3.
What are the awards given to Hausland?
In the year 2003, Hausland was awarded by Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC) at the Kabalikat sa Pabahay Awards as the Outstanding Developer in Luzon in the Big Developer Category, hence, making them the Best Developer of the Year 2003. See other awards here.

Financing Your Property

What types of payment schemes are available for house and lot acquisition at the Hausland projects?
The payment schemes offered to homebuyers usually differ with each project. Overall, there are 2 types of payment schemes available - Normal Payment Scheme (for buyers willing to pay in spot cash) and Deferred Payment Scheme (for In-house or Pag-IBIG members) also known as Monthly Amortizations. When can I get my title?
Buyer may get the original transferred title under principal's name 3 - 4 months after paying the TCP (Total Contract Price) of the unit and settling all obligations to Hausland.
Where can I pay my dues?
For down payment and Pag-IBIG monthly amortization, please pay directly to Hausland.

House Construction

How long is the house construction?
House construction usually last up to 90 working days from the start of layout. Given that all requirements are submitted and the accounts, settled, buyers may expect to move-in 4 to 8 months after reservation.
What are the restrictions on further house improvements after turn-over?
We allow improvements on the units after turn-over as long as plans, bill of materials and layouts are submitted to the Project Design and Research (PDR) Department for approval. Guidelines on improvements can be discussed by the Customer Relations Coordinators of the Marketing Department.

What are the products sold by Hausland
Hausland mainly offers House and Lot packages as well as lot purchases and town houses for some projects.
Do you have options for lot purchase?
Yes, however, on selected projects only.
When can we occupy the house?
We grant occupancy permits to those buyers who have completed their loan documents and other obligations at Hausland.
