On September 11, Sunday, an approximate of 300 guests attended the whole day event of Hausland Development Corporation at the Tuscany North Estates dubbed as “Kick-off.” The Kick-off was held to formally launch TNE’s new bungalow model unit. Also, among the highlights of the event is the inauguration the multi-sports field of TNE as one of the official training centers of the Football Academy of Tarlac and the beginning of the commitment of FAT to train kids from TNE in playing football.

Adding up to the various units in the subdivision, TNE finally unveiled its new model unit, The Villa. The Villa is a bungalow unit with three bedrooms at an affordable price fitted for every family wanting to have a home.
Tuscany North Estates in not just an ordinary subdivision. It also offers fine features and amenities. One of which is the multi-sports field which by the end of the 3rd quarter will not be only utilized by the residents, but will become one of the official centers for training of the Football Academy of Tarlac. Following the principles of the Football Association of Tarlac, the Football Academy of Tarlac envisions itself to help create a cohesive, productive, and friendly society thru football. Its mission is to propagate interest and love of football in the hearts and minds of young children in order to build and sustain strong physical, psychological, social, and mental foundation of the youth. It is one of the regular members of the Philippine Football Federation and is set to mold kids into becoming the future football stars of the country.
FAT, aside from making use of TNE’s multi-sports field as a training ground, will also coach TNE kids how to play football. To meet this goal, a ceremonial kick-off was held also during the day’s affair. The ceremonial kick-off was participated by by Katrina Gail Tan (Marketing Manager), Patricia Kaye Bodino (Supervisor, Promotions Division) and Camille Lusong (Accounts Supervisor, North Region) of Hausland Development Corporation and Glenn Troy Caritativo (President) and Rogelio Santos, Jr. (Training Director) of Football Academy of Tarlac and other included representatives. The involved parties see that this partnership will bring together more than 50 kids who are football enthusiasts.

Prior to the Kick-off, the City Sports Council of Tarlac visited the site’s multi-sports field and gave some recommendations for further improvement of the center for recreation. This move by the city government shows their support for all the projects within their scope.
As the fourth quarter of 2011 is fast approaching, Tuscany North Estates is expected to make a successful leap forward to entering 2012. The launch of the Villa is an addition to the list of what-to-expect from TNE by the people. TNE’s partnership with FAT, on the other hand, shows that TNE is a nice place to live in and also an ideal place for recreational growth. With all this taking place, Hausland Development Corporation continues to prove that it goes beyond the expectations of its clients especially now that it is celebrating its 25th anniversary.
